RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns. Subject to the following conditions, you may return a product if you are not satisfied with your Shimmer & Co. purchase for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs, delivery fees, return shipping costs, gift wrap, and other charges). The product must be in its original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return.
1. Seasonal Box and Seasonal Box Items. We do not process the return or exchange of a complete Seasonal Box or individual items from a Seasonal Box. If something does not work for you or your pet, connect with our team via email to shimmer.and.co.service@gmail.com so we can make it right and ensure your pet is happy. We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter.
2. Returns or Exchanges postmarked more than 5 days following delivery.
3. Treats, food, or other food-related items.
5. Items marked as Final Sale on the product page.
Returning Online Purchases. If you or your pet are not satisfied with a Shimmer & Co. online purchase, you can begin the return process by emailing shimmer.and.co.service@gmail.com. If your purchase is eligible for a refund, we will send you a return label.
